Macの場合
command + opiton + I
command + shift + P
そのまま「full」と入力すると候補がでて
フルスクリーンショット機能だけが表示されます。
Enterで保存。

Winの場合
Ctrl+Shift+I 
Ctrl+Shift+P 
full→Enter
